Remco grew up in the Westland, the heart of the Horti business. After the bachelor’s degree in International Business, he completed the MSc. Finance at Tilburg University. During his studies, Remco gained financial experience. Focused on process improvement and financial performance, Remco helped companies achieve growth. During one of his internships, his interest in M&A emerged and Remco contributed to the foundation of a strategic partnership between a Dutch cooperative and a Moroccan tomato supplier.

Peter studied International Business in Groningen along with a double-degree at the KEDGE Business School Bordeaux. Arthur is a partner at YEALD and active as a broker and appraiser in horti business. Arthur grew up at a greenhouse horticulture company and studied at the Higher Agricultural School, after which he started his career at a renowned real estate agency in the greenhouse horticulture sector. During his career Arthur has brought together many different buyers and sellers, which has resulted in various purchase and sales transactions of land, greenhouse horticulture companies, as well as reconstruction projects.

Jerry’s roots are in the beating heart of horticulture in the Netherlands. A born gardener’s son who first set out to explore the international world of hospitality by studying at Hotelschool The Hague. After various experiences abroad, Jerry decided to deepen his financial knowledge by following a Master’s degree in Finance at Nyenrode Business University and a postgraduate degree in Business Valuation at Erasmus Business University. Jerry is registered as a Register Valuator in the Dutch Register of Register Valuators. This allows him to help entrepreneurs with complex valuation issues.
Jerry has gained his experience over the past 12 years with merger and acquisitions within the SME and mid-market segment, both internationally strategic and Private Equity. The common denominator in this is that Jerry mainly gets energy from helping entrepreneurs with strategic opportunities which are not part of their daily core business.
